1. About us

TraderTech Ltd ("TraderTech", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide AI-powered lead automation services to UK trades businesses. For any queries contact us at hello@tradertech.co.uk.

2. Our services

TraderTech provides a done-for-you AI automation system that includes:

• Missed call text-back automation
• AI-powered lead qualification via SMS
• Automated follow-up sequences
• Booking link delivery and calendar integration
• CRM pipeline and lead dashboard access
• Additional services as described in your chosen plan

Services are delivered using third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Twilio, and OpenAI. We reserve the right to change the tools used to deliver equivalent functionality without notice.

3. Fees and payment

Our services are charged as follows:

• Setup fee — a one-time fee payable before work begins, as quoted for your chosen plan
• Monthly subscription — a recurring fee charged monthly from the date your system goes live

All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing hello@tradertech.co.uk with at least 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable except where covered by our 30-day guarantee (see Section 5).

5. 30-day results guarantee

If you do not book at least 3 additional jobs attributable to the TraderTech system within your first 30 days of the system being live, you may request a refund of your first month's subscription fee. To claim, you must:

• Have had the system fully active for the entire 30-day period
• Have not disabled, modified, or interfered with the automation
• Submit your claim within 7 days of the 30-day period ending
• Provide reasonable evidence that the system was operational

The guarantee covers the first month's subscription fee only. Setup fees are excluded. We reserve the right to continue working with you at no charge until the 3-job target is met, as an alternative to a refund.

6. Client responsibilities

To allow us to deliver the service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Respond to booked enquiries in a timely manner
• Not interfere with or disable the automation system
• Ensure your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your phone number, availability, or service area

7. Intellectual property

All systems, workflows, scripts, and materials created by TraderTech remain the intellectual property of TraderTech Ltd. Upon cancellation, access to dashboards and automation systems will be removed. You retain ownership of your own business data and customer contacts.

8. Limitation of liability

TraderTech's total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits beyond what is covered by the 30-day guarantee
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages (GoHighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.)
• Leads that do not convert for reasons outside our control

9. Data protection

Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. TraderTech will process personal data only as necessary to deliver the services. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, systems, or business details shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
